All of our personalised products are printed and made to order, right here in QLD, especially for you!
Please allow 1week for your creation to be ready to post.
All of our personalised products are made with the softest, most durable fabric we can source. We try and source supplies and fabrics locally, wherever possible. The details of fabric and construction for each product are outlined clearly on each product page, so there is no confusion around exactly what to expect!
All of our products are printed to order, using your choice of design and font. Please keep in mind that all graphic previews are representational only, the printed colours may vary from the prints on screen.
Step 1- Design
After you place your order, the font and name you choose will be used to create a design file for the item and print you have requested.
Step 2- Print
Because I print your items right here in my workshop, they are printed and finished ready to send within 1 week.
Change of Mind/Refund
As soon as your order is placed and payment is made, your order process begins.
After orders are placed, you will not be able to change or cancel your order and receive a refund. After this time, the design and printing process begins, if there is a change of mind with spelling or design, I will not be able to cancel or alter the existing order.
I am not able to offer a refund for change of mind.
Fabric Print / Colours
All of the images on the website are mock-up digital images, showing (using the original artwork), the finished product.
While I try and represent colours as best I can, please note that the digital proofs and on screen colours may vary slightly from the finished item.
Postage and Shipping within Australia
Standard delivery- please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after despatch. eParcel “Parcel Post” includes full tracking and signature on delivery.
Express post can take 1-3 business days from despatch to delivery, depending on your location. You can check this by clicking HERE, entering "4516" as the "FROM" postcode, and your own postcode as the "TO".
To ensure extra peace of mind, each customer is directly contacted upon despatch with tracking details. You will be able to track your parcel every step of the way!
Using tracking services on all domestic services means that your parcel will be accounted for. It is very rare/unlikely that an item goes ‘missing’, but in the case an undelivered item/parcel, this is the procedure:
- After a reasonable delivery timeframe has passed (between 7-10 business days is recommended), an enquiry will be lodged to investigate.
- Australia Post investigations are generally quite fast, but some can take up to 10 business days. After this time, if your order is not delivered, found or returned to either the sender or the recipient, the items will be replaced or refunded.
